Wade specializes in the investment and development of workforce housing in the core residential sections of the Mid-Atlantic.  His focus is on heavy rehab, value-add, and voucher payment multifamily properties.  Prior to creating Linden Property Group, he led the Development Investment Group as a Senior Vice President at Federal Capital Partners, a regional real estate private equity firm with $3 B of assets under management. Wade was a Development Director at Post Properties where he entitled, planned and developed $250 million of mixed-use projects in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Prior to Post Properties, he worked at Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage where he financed over $500 million of commercial properties. He received a MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Wade lives in Falls Church, Virginia, with his wife and three children.

Christian joined Linden as Chief Operating Officer in August of 2021. He is responsible for the firm’s capital markets, investor relations, and corporate operations activities. Prior to joining Linden, Christian spent two years at Spear Street Capital where he focused on office acquisitions and asset management. At Spear Street, he completed over $250 million in acquisitions and financings and oversaw over $20MM in capital work. While at Columbia Business School, Christian was a Summer Associate at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI), where he worked in acquisitions on behalf of their core and opportunistic fund vehicles. Prior to business school, Christian worked as an Associate at Federal Capital Partners (FCP), focusing on multifamily acquisitions. At MSREI and FCP, Christian acquired and financed over $700 million in real estate assets. Christian received his MBA from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with honors and was awarded the Alexander Bodini Real Estate Fellowship, and his BA from Harvard University. He lives in Washington, DC.

In her role as Director of Asset Management, Bobby manages the value-add processes of the firms portfolio, focusing on physical and operation improvements. Prior to joining Linden Property Group, Bobby was a Project Manager at Clear Real Estate Services, managing the development and execution of commercial projects in the region, including the Whitman Walker Health 14th Street project in Washington, D.C. Bobby previously worked at CSG Urban Partners, where she managed real estate advisory projects for large non-profit organizations and led predevelopment efforts for the firm’s P3 joint venture deals. Bobby has a PhD in Construction Management from Arizona State University and received her BSB in Finance from the University of Minnesota. She lives in Washington, D.C.

Mark has served as an Associate at Linden since August 2018.  His responsibilities include underwriting, transaction execution and asset management.  Before joining Linden Property Group, Mark spent three years as a Senior Research Associate at CoStar Group covering commercial real estate in the D.C., Chicago, Dallas and Oklahoma City markets.  He graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Economics and is currently pursuing an MBA with an emphasis on Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University.  He lives in Potomac with his wife.

Michelle is the Operations Manager for Linden Property Group. At Linden, Michelle ensures the successful operation of the company including investor relations, purchase and sales transactions, accounting, marketing and human resources.  Prior to joining Linden Property Group, Michelle worked for Nordstrom, where she led successful sales and marketing teams. She has over 20 years of multi-faceted experience in project management, event planning and execution, branding and customer relationship marketing.  Michelle graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies and a minor in Marketing.  She is a passionate literacy volunteer and advocate in her local public school system and in an inner city school.  She lives in Falls Church, Virginia, with her husband Jim, two boys and dog.  

Lucas joined Linden as an Asset Management and Acquisitions Analyst in March of 2022. He is responsible for analyzing new acquisition opportunities and managing a portfolio of assets for Linden. Prior to joining Linden, Lucas worked for Walker & Dunlop as a GSE Underwriting Analyst, where he helped underwrite and submit over $450 MM in loan packages to Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac. Before Walker & Dunlop, Lucas was a Summer Intern for Linden Property Group, where he focused on underwriting acquisition opportunities and producing market research reports across Linden’s geography. Lucas also interned with Gates Hudson as a leasing agent, working at seven different properties in their portfolio. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Virginia and a Virginia Indoor Track & Field State Champion in the Men’s High Jump (4A Division). He graduated with honors from Virginia Tech with a BA double majoring in Finance & Real Estate. Lucas lives in Northern Virginia.
